Discussion and possible action on making a recommendation to amend Chapter 320-48 Solar Energy System to allow for applicants for solar energy systems to bypass the Planning Commission  for approval for a Solar Energy System.

Recommendations will be heard at the Regular Board Meeting following the Planning Commission Meeting at 7:00 p.m.
