CITIZENS WISHING TO BE HEARD

Residents of the Village of Orfordville shall state their name and address before addressing the Village President.  A two minute time limit will be given to each citizen.

 

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Discussion and possible action on granting a Class “A” Fermented Malt Beverage and  “Class A Intoxicating Liquor License to The Station of Orfordville LLC located at 616 W. Beloit Street, Charlotte Fick Agent.

Discussion and possible action on approving the January Treasurer Report.

NEW BUSINESS

Discussion and possible action on Police Committee recommendation to approve an Operator License to expire June 30, 2022 for Candace Runaas.

Discussion on the Lions Club serving alcohol at the park.

Discussion and possible action on approving the bid for a new pavilion at Haugen Park.

Discussion and possible action on accepting the resignation of Police Chief Brian Raupp.

            Motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes 19.85(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility-specifically the Police Chief.

            Reconvene into open session.  Action may be taken on items discussed in closed session.
