CALL TO ORDER
President Gary Phillips called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were President Phillips, Tina Suiter-Meyers, Beth Schmidt, Terry Gerber (via Zoom), Nikki Tuffree, and Jason Knox. Also present were DPW Director Nick Todd, Chief Brian Raupp (via Zoom), and Clerk Sherri Waege. Absent was Chuck Boyce.
AGENDA VERIFICATION
Clerk Waege verified that on December 23, 2020, copies of the agenda were delivered to the President and Trustees; and posted at the Village Hall, Library, and the Orfordville Post Office. There were no additions made to the agenda.
MINUTE APPROVAL
Motion by Suiter-Meyers, seconded by Knox to approve the minutes of the Regular Board Meeting of December 14, 2020. Motion carried.
CITIZENS WISHING TO BE HEARD
None.
VILLAGE PRESIDENTS UPDATE
President Phillips explained that the infrastructure is in for Mill Valley Subdivision. Building permits can now be taken out. President Phillips further explained that the contract with the Realtor for the Business Park is up on December 31, 2020. The Village Board will have a special meeting on January 4th regarding the Business Park.

NEW BUSINESS
Snow Plow Upgrades. DPW Director Todd explained that the V plows are in really tough shape. Two of the plow are VPlows which are not for regular street plowing. Both VPlows are in need of repair and may need new wings. DPW Director Todd explained that President Phillips has approved the purchase of two new straight plows for the trucks. DPW Director Todd would like to try and sell the VPlows. Motion by Knox, seconded by Suiter-Meyers to sell the VPlows using sealed bids with a minimum bid of $3,500.00. Motion carried.
Resolution R-2020-11. DPW Director Todd explained that he would like to carry forward money from parks and street repairs to be used in 2021. The total amount requested to be carried over for Public Works is $13,739.00. Chief Raupp explained that the process for hiring a full time officer is moving forward and the new officer should be starting by the middle of January. Chief Raupp explained that he would like to carry over money from unused police part time funds to cover the cost of new uniforms at $2,500.00 and $5,750.00 for wages and benefits for the new officer as the Footville Contract does not start until February. Motion by Knox, seconded by Tuffree to adopt Resolution R-2020-11 to carry over $13,739.00 from 2020 to 2021 for the Public Works Department and $8,250.00 for the Police Department. Motion carried.

Motion by Knox, seconded by Suiter-Meyers to approve the vouchers. Motion carried.
