CALL TO ORDER
President Dennis Burtness called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were President Burtness, Cami Myers-Alstat, Nikki Tuffree, Terry Gerber, and Terry Morris. Also present were Librarian Sarah Strunz, Chief Jeremiah Burdick, DPW Director Nick Todd, and Clerk Sherri Waege. Absent were David Olsen and Beth Schmidt.
AGENDA VERIFICATION
Clerk Waege verified that on May 10, 2024, copies of the agenda were delivered to the President and Trustees; and posted at the Village Hall, Library, and the Post Office. There were no additions made to the agenda.
MINUTE APPROVAL
Motion by Tuffree, seconded by Gerber to approve the April 22, 2024 minutes. Motion carried.
CITIZENS WISHING TO BE HEARD
None.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
None.
NEW BUSINESS
Operator License. Motion by Morris, seconded by Gerber to approve the Police Committee recommendation to approve the Operator License for Kelly Menehen to expire June 30, 2025. Motion carried.
Social Media Policy for Board and Committee Members. President Burtness provided a draft of what he would like for guidance for Board and Committee Members. Discussion was held, President Burtness will revise, and Clerk Waege will draft the Resolution. No action was taken.
Personnel Policy. President Burtness explained that in 2022, there was a three-person committee created to revise the Personnel Policy that was adopted in 2019. Clerk Waege explained that changes to the policy have been made since the copy being used tonight with the committee’s notes. Myers-Alstat suggested that the Village Board compare the copy with notes to the current copy and bring it back for discussion. Clerk Waege will email the most current policy and the addendums for Public Works and the Police Department. No action was taken.
DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS
Motion by Myers-Alstat, seconded by Gerber to approve the Department Head Reports. Motion carried.
VOUCHERS
Motion by Tuffree, seconded by Gerber to approve the vouchers with a range of 37018-37094. Motion carried.

Motion by Tuffree, seconded by Gerber to adjourn at 7:50 p.m. Motion carried.
