CALL TO ORDER
President Gary Phillips called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were President Phillips, Tina Suiter-Meyers, Beth Schmidt, Chuck Boyce, Terry Gerber, Nikki Tuffree, and Jason Knox. Also present were Zach Knutson, Chief Brian Raupp, DPW Director Nick Todd, Librarian Sarah Strunz, and Clerk Sherri Waege.
AGENDA VERIFICATION
Clerk Waege verified that on November 5, 2020, copies of the agenda were delivered to the President and Trustees; and posted at the Village Hall. Library, and Orfordville Post Office. There were no additions made to the agenda.
MINUTE APPROVAL
Motion by Gerber, seconded by Tuffree to approve the October 26, 2020 minutes. Motion carried.
CITIZENS WISHING TO BE HEARD

NEW BUSINESS
Amendment to the Developers Agreement with Next Generation Mill Valley Subdivision LLC. Zach Knutson was present and explained that his bank has requested that language be added that allows the Letter of Credit to decline as the project moves forward. Knutson also explained that the other change is regarding assignment of collateral to protect the bank. Motion by Gerber, seconded by Knox to approve the First Amendment to the Developers Agreement with Next Generation Mill Valley Subdivision LLC to include language for a declining Letter of Credit and Assignment of Collateral. Motion carried.
Contract for Police Services for the Village of Footville. Chief Raupp explained that the contract has been approved by the Village of Footville. Chief Raupp further explained that the starting date will be February 1st to accommodate the time required for Footville to cancel the contract with Rock County. Motion by Tuffree, seconded by Schmidt to approve the Contract for Police Service with the Village of Footville. Motion carried.
DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS
Motion by Tuffree, seconded by Schmidt to approve the Department Head Reports. Motion carried.
VOUCHERS
Motion by Knox, seconded by Schmidt to approve the vouchers. Motion carried.

Motion by Knox, seconded by Suiter-Meyers to adjourn at 7:16 p.m. Motion carried.
