CITIZENS WISHING TO BE HEARD

Knox asked why the Village doesn’t allow people to participate in Board meetings via Zoom.   Knox explained that the Village purchased the subscription and does not use it.   Tuffree explained that the intent at that time was to make it accessible to board members so they could participate if they could not attend due to illness.  Suiter-Meyers explained that the school district offers the Zoom Option for School Board meetings, and there is not much activity.   President Phillips suggested that the Village try it for a month or two to see if it is used.  President Phillips asked Clerk Waege to put it on the next meeting agenda.
